What to send
- Corrections. Include the page URL and what is wrong. This is our highest priority queue. See the corrections policy.
- A price or plan that has changed. Tell us which profile and what it should say. These go stale faster than anything else on the site and we are grateful for the flag.
- Story tips. If there is a primary source, please include it. We do not publish on a tip alone.
- Product teams. If we have described your product incorrectly, tell us and we will check it against your documentation. We do not accept payment for coverage, and we do not send reviews for approval before publication.
- One Conductor. Questions about the product from 18BYTE Product Studio can go to the same address.
What we do not do
We do not publish guest posts, accept paid placements or link insertions, or run sponsored reviews. Requests of that kind will not receive a reply.
Response times
We aim to answer corrections within two working days. Other messages may take longer.
