Read the licence before you use it for client work
Midjourney’s terms are unusually broad: a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable licence over what you put in, with generations public and remixable unless you pay for the USD 60 Pro tier or above. For personal creative work that is a normal trade. For a client brief under an NDA, the entry tier is not appropriate and you should budget for Pro from the start.
